1. Who we are
CAREALL Digital Services ("CAREALL", "we", "us" or "our") is a private service provider that assists individuals and businesses with Digital Signature Certificates, food licences, FASTag, motor insurance, GST and income tax, and PAN. CAREALL is a sole proprietorship with its office at No. 51/72-74, First Floor, K.A.P Complex, Upstairs Nachiyar Super Market, Near Kulavanigapuram Railway Gate, Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627002, Tamil Nadu, India.
For the personal data described in this policy, CAREALL is the Data Fiduciary within the meaning of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). You are the Data Principal.
Careall Labs and Innovations, the technology brand of David Carealle Digital Services Private Limited, is a separate company. When you use its website, careall.org, or ask it for software, security or AI services, its own privacy policy applies, not this one.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- the website careall.in and its pages (the "Site");
- the assistance request form on the Site; and
- the conversations that follow a request, whether by phone, WhatsApp, email or a visit to our office.
CAREALL's dedicated service portals (for example mydsc.co.in and myfastag.in) publish their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
3. Personal data we collect
Information you give us
When you send an assistance request, you give us:
- Contact data: your name, mobile number and, if you choose, your email address.
- Request data: the service (and, where you pick one, the sub-service) you need, your preferred date and time for us to call, and anything you choose to write in the message box.
When you speak or write to us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive what you share in that conversation.
Documents, only if you go ahead with a service
The request form never asks for documents or identity numbers, and we ask you not to type them into it. If, after speaking with us, you decide to go ahead with a service, the issuing authority, bank, insurer or certifying authority will need certain documents from you, for example a PAN or Aadhaar card (masked where the process allows), a photograph, a vehicle registration certificate, or business registration papers. We ask only for what that particular application requires, and we tell you why before you share it.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like most websites, the company that hosts the Site records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to run and secure the Site.
- A performance setting: the Site may store a small setting in your browser for the length of your visit, so that animations run more lightly on slower devices. It does not identify you and is deleted when you close the tab.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels on the Site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
What we never ask for
We will never ask you, on the Site or anywhere else, for a one-time password (OTP), an account password, a UPI or card PIN, a CVV, a net-banking password or a DSC token PIN. If anyone claiming to be from CAREALL asks for one, please do not share it and tell us at once.
4. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data only to:
- respond to your request and contact you at the time you prefer;
- understand which service or application route fits your situation, and explain what it requires;
- prepare and submit an application to the relevant authority, bank, insurer or certifying authority, when you ask us to;
- keep you informed about where your request stands;
- keep the records that tax, accounting and other laws require us to keep;
- handle complaints and grievances;
- keep the Site and our records secure, and prevent fraud or misuse; and
- comply with the law, and with lawful requests from courts and government authorities.
We do not use your personal data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
We process your personal data:
- on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send a request or share information with us for a service. You may withdraw it at any time (see section 10); and
- for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act permits, for example where you have voluntarily given us your data for a specific purpose, or where we must process it to comply with a law or a court order.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above:
- Requests that do not go ahead are deleted once they are no longer needed to respond to you or to keep our business records.
- Documents and application details for a service you go ahead with are kept while the service is in progress and afterwards only as long as needed to handle follow-up questions, complaints or corrections, after which they are deleted.
- Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Logs of processing are kept for at least the period required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
Where a law requires us to keep something longer, or a dispute is open, we keep it until that requirement ends.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss, including limiting access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, as the law requires.
10. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we have processed it;
- correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- erase personal data that is no longer needed, unless a law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and if you withdraw it we may not be able to continue a service in progress;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapable of doing so; and
- have your grievance redressed (see section 14).
To exercise any of these rights, write to us using the details in section 14. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within the period the law requires, which under the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 is not more than 90 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process.
You also have duties under the DPDP Act: please give us information that is accurate and your own, and do not impersonate another person or file a false or frivolous complaint.
11. Children
The Site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. If you are a parent or guardian applying for a service on behalf of a child, for example a PAN for a minor, you give the consent and the information on the child's behalf. If you believe a child has sent us personal data without that consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where your data is stored
Your personal data is stored with our service providers, some of whom may process it outside India. Any such transfer is made only as permitted under Indian law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version and effective date at the top of this page always show the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will say so on the Site.
14. Contact us and grievances
For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:
- Email: info@careall.org (please write "Attention: Grievance Officer")
- Phone and WhatsApp: +91 98421 10180
