CAREALL Digital Services

Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 · Effective 9 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of careall.in and any assistance request you send through it. In short: CAREALL assists you with essential services; the authorities, banks, insurers and certifying authorities make the decisions; a request is an enquiry, not an application; and we never guarantee outcomes that are not ours to decide.

1. About these Terms

The website careall.in (the "Site") is owned and operated by CAREALL Digital Services ("CAREALL", "we", "us" or "our"), a sole proprietorship with its office at No. 51/72-74, First Floor, K.A.P Complex, Upstairs Nachiyar Super Market, Near Kulavanigapuram Railway Gate, Trivandrum Road, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli 627002, Tamil Nadu, India.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. By using the Site or sending a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. You must be 18 or older to send a request yourself; a parent or lawful guardian may send one on behalf of a minor. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. What CAREALL does, and what it does not

CAREALL is a private service provider. We assist you with Digital Signature Certificates, food licences, FASTag, motor insurance, GST and income tax, and PAN: we help you understand what applies to you, organise the information and documents a process asks for, prepare the application, and understand the steps that follow.

CAREALL is not a government department, a bank, an insurer, a certifying authority or an issuing authority. Certificates, licences, registrations, policies, tags, PAN cards and approvals are issued by the relevant authority, bank, insurer or licensed certifying authority, and the decision is always theirs. In particular:

  • FASTag: CAREALL Digital Services is an SBI FASTag authorised agency. This is not the official website of State Bank of India.
  • Digital Signature Certificates are issued by a licensed Certifying Authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000. CAREALL is not a Certifying Authority.
  • Motor insurance policies are issued by insurers, who alone decide on cover, premiums and claims.

Careall Labs and Innovations, the technology brand of David Carealle Digital Services Private Limited, is a separate company. Software, security and AI services shown on the Site are provided by Careall Labs under its own terms at careall.org.

3. Requests sent through the Site

  • A request sent through the Site is an enquiry, not an application, an order or a contract. It does not by itself oblige us or you to anything.
  • Your preferred date and time are a preference, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you as close to it as we reasonably can.
  • We do not ask for documents, identity numbers or payment when you send a request.
  • We may decline a request, for example if it falls outside the services we offer or appears to be false or misused.

A service begins only after we have spoken with you and you have agreed to go ahead, on the terms and fee we explain for that service.

4. Fees and payment

The Site does not take payments. Before any paid work begins, we tell you our service fee for that service and how to pay it. Fees, charges and deposits set by a government department, bank, insurer or certifying authority are set by them, not by us. Any refund of our fee is handled under the terms we agree with you for that service; refunds of amounts paid to an authority, bank or insurer depend on that body's rules.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree:

  • to give us information and documents that are accurate, current, genuine and your own (or that you are authorised to share);
  • never to share an OTP, password, UPI or card PIN, CVV or DSC token PIN with anyone, including anyone who claims to be from CAREALL;
  • not to send false, misleading or automated requests, or requests on behalf of someone who has not authorised you;
  • not to copy, scrape or republish the Site's content at scale, or use it to build a competing product; and
  • not to attempt to probe, test, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or its data.

An application may be delayed or rejected if the information or documents you provide are incorrect or incomplete. CAREALL is not responsible for such a delay or rejection.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

We provide careful assistance and straightforward information about where your request stands. We do not guarantee approvals, issuance, processing times, refunds by third parties or claim outcomes, because those are decided by the relevant authority, bank, insurer or certifying authority. Timelines we mention are estimates based on the usual process. The rules behind these services change from time to time; we work from the current official requirements, but the issuing body's own rules always prevail.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and the rights you have. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy differ on how your personal data is handled, the Privacy Policy applies.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, illustrations and code, and the CAREALL name and logo, belong to CAREALL or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, keeping all notices intact. Any other use needs our written permission.

Names and marks of third parties shown on the Site, such as SBI FASTag, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the services we assist with. Their use does not mean those owners endorse CAREALL.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve our services, without any obligation to you.

9. Third-party sites and services

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including government portals, CAREALL's service portals, Careall Labs, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided for general information, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful code. Information on the Site is not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • CAREALL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, business or goodwill, arising from the Site or our services;
  • CAREALL is not liable for any decision, delay, rejection or act of a government department, bank, insurer, certifying authority or other third party, or for events beyond our reasonable control; and
  • CAREALL's total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the service fee you paid to CAREALL for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate CAREALL for any loss, claim or reasonable cost (including legal fees) that arises because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or gave false, misleading or unauthorised information or documents.

13. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the version and effective date at the top of this page always show the current version. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first (see section 15) so that we can try to resolve it. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CAREALL about your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
